Have a bigger project or renovation you need done? Perhaps you need new kitchen cabinets installed, or a bathroom remodeled. Nobody likes to think about having to live in a construction zone. Luckily I can housesit and complete your project while you're on vacation. If there are animals that need care while you're away, I can make sure that they are fed, walked, and safe while also tackling your project. You can relax while the work gets done, or be involved every step of the way with daily Facetime calls and check ins.

Check out the attic-to-playroom conversion that I surprised my wife with when she took the kids to Florida to visit her mother-in-law in 2018. If you have small kids, this is a great way to utilize space. Kids don't have to worry about bending over with a sloped ceiling. My wife loves it because they can make all the messes they want and she doesn't have to look at it or trip over toys.

My kids play hard, so for this project I opted for durable materials. This complete remodel included spray-foam insulation, new LED pot-lights in the ceiling, and sturdy tongue-and-groove pine for the walls and flooring. I added recessed shelving to for accessible storage under the lowest part of the eves.

(Full disclosure: the final project took more than a week to finish; but I was able to get the walls, flooring, and shelving done while my wife and kids were out of town).
